Privacy Policy
This site, fernandoops.com, and its phone line are run by Fernando Gonzalez, an AI-ops consultant and sole proprietor in Miami, Florida (“I”, “me”). This page explains what I collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
- The application form: your name, email, business name, your website or social profile link (if you give it), industry, team size, the tools you use, what eats your time, how you heard about me, and your consent choices. The site also logs basic technical details your browser sends, like its type.
- The phone line ((786) 933-7027): calls are answered by an AI assistant. As it tells you at the start of the call, calls are recorded and transcribed. I collect your name, business name, phone number (including caller ID), email, website, what you tell the assistant, and the meeting time you pick, plus the call recording and transcript.
Why I collect it
To schedule your consultation, follow up with you about it, and answer your questions. I also use it to keep the site and phone line working and free of abuse. I don’t use it for anything else.
Who helps me process it
These service providers handle your information for me, only to provide their service:
- xAI: runs the AI voice assistant (call audio and transcripts).
- Cloudflare: hosts this site and stores the form and phone-line records.
- Google: Google Calendar for scheduling, the inbox where I get booking notices, and Google Meet if you choose it.
- Zoom: video calls for consultations.
What I don’t do
- I don’t sell your information.
- I don’t share your phone number or your consent with third parties for marketing.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long I keep it
I keep application and phone-line records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and then delete them. Call recordings and transcripts are stored by my phone-line provider (xAI); I request their deletion 90 days after the call. Either way, you can ask me to delete them sooner, and I keep something longer only if the law requires it.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete your information, email me at [email protected], with the name and the phone number or email you used. I’ll confirm and handle it within 30 days.
- Don’t want to be recorded? Say so on the call and hang up, or use the application form instead.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies. The site only remembers your language choice in your own browser.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregate visit counts only. It doesn’t identify you or follow you to other sites.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
