fernandoops.com and its phone line are run by Fernando Gonzalez, an AI-ops consultant and sole proprietor in Miami, Florida (“I”, “me”). By using the site or the phone line, you agree to these terms.

The free consultation

The founding consultation is free. There’s no card, no contract and no obligation to buy anything. Spots are limited, and I may decline, reschedule or cancel a session. If it helped, I’ll ask for honest feedback and maybe a referral. Both are optional.

No guarantee of results

Examples on this site are illustrative. Results depend on your business, tools and data, so I don’t promise any specific outcome, time saved or revenue. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice.

The AI assistant

The phone line is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It tells you at the start of the call that calls are recorded and transcribed. It can answer questions, take a message and book a time, but it can make mistakes. What it says isn’t a binding offer. I confirm the details myself.

Your accounts, your call

Anything we set up is installed in your own accounts and paid on your own billing. You stay responsible for those accounts. Nothing that sends on its own runs without your written OK.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site or the phone line to send spam, give false information, impersonate someone, harass anyone (including the assistant), break the law, or try to overload, break into or scrape the site, phone line or its API. I may block anyone who does.

Limitation of liability

The site, the phone line and the free consultation are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. My total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

If I change these terms, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
